A few practical details.
Is this an auction?
No. Buyers submit private offers with removal dates. The adjustor can accept, decline or counter both terms. Buyers do not see competing offers.
Who arranges loading and transport?
The listing sets out the requirements, and buyers explain their removal plan with the offer. The agreed responsibilities are recorded with the accepted terms.
What if we don’t know whether the item works?
Say so. Keep observed condition, reported information and unknowns distinct. The adjustor reviews the description, and buyers can assess whether the item suits them.
